Klara Ramm

For more than twenty years she has been involved in environmental protection, especially water management. She gained her experience while working as a director of the Planning and Water Resources Department in the National Water Management Board, a member of the Board of the Municipal Water Supply and Sewerage Company in Warsaw, an expert in the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management, a business development manager in Veolia. She is an expert in the Polish Waterworks Chamber of Commerce, participating in many projects concerning water services. She is a representative of Poland in the EurEau federation and chairs the group on Value of water services. Klara participates in international projects, promotes knowledge about EU legislation, as well as about needs of the water supply and sewage sector and about implemented solutions. She is the author of articles`related to the activities of water and sewerage companies in the European Union. She holds a PhD in technical sciences and an MBA.

Grzegorz Hajduczek

He has more than twenty years of management experience in corporations, large and small companies, as well as in „family” enterprises. He has achieved many successes in the effective restructuring, mergers and construction of distribution networks in private companies and corporations. He worked as a project manager (Kolporter Group), sales director (Fedex), sales and marketing director (Masterlink), logistics and transport director (Servisco, DHL), customer service director (Office Depot), board member (Potamkin International), CEO (MTA international).
Currently he manages companies Z500 and Archisupport, active in the architecture and construction sectors.
Grzegorz has experience as a trainer in the field of soft skills in sales, management, customer service, as well as in the field of building long-term relationships with customers and conducting effective negotiations.
He has many skills supported by many years of practice in the field of opening, reorganization, transformation of enterprises, recruitment and cost optimization.
